The location was great, the doorman was super nice and helpful.

It felt a little smaller than what it looks in the pictures.

Very well located (few minutes from Tahir square). Apartment was excellent and clean. Check in process was smooth, and people at building reception very nice with us. I’ve forgotten some personal belongs at the apartment, and the team was very helpful to found them and return them back afterwards. Thank you Xurus Stays team for the support!

The building common areas/staircases were dirty/smelly. The noise from the street is quite loud till late hours in the evening. We didn’t feel that much as we always came back very tired from our tours. Since the shower enclosure doesn’t seal properly, water will come out and bathroom floor/mat get wet soon.. no other mat to replace it..

Very nicely decorated and presented ( loved the taps) Beds were comfortable and it was easy to self check in. Location is good in walking distance to the Egyptian museum.

Some small easy to fix things would have made a difference: It's a 2 double bedroom apartment so you would expect to have 4 of everything in the kitchen. (Mugs, cutlery etc) this was not the case. Only 3 chairs on the balcony. An extra chair needed in the kitchen sitting area. There were 3 ladies staying for 3 nights and we were provided with 2 toilet rolls. When these ran out I requested more and was told they would charge for this! Bearing in mind we had paid 530usd to stay and toilet roll was listed as included, this seems petty.. The shared area (stairwell) was very dirty - due to power cuts on 2 nights we had to walk down the stairs. In the morning we left there was a poo on one of them on the way down. There is a lot of tooting from the cars outside so bring earplugs. Way too many emails and messages from them repeating the same thing prior to coming.

amazing little place in heart of downtown. feel like really amongst the vibe of the city and wonderfully renovated interior in good style.
