This apartment is located in the heart of downtown Cairo. We arrived quite late, yet our host gave us a very warm welcome and helped carry our luggage up to the apartment floor. I’m so grateful that the Saddam has preserved the original character of this place, giving us the chance to stay in such a beautiful apartment. I have only uploaded one photo of the apartment because I hope you can come and experience its charm for yourself.
Nothing.

Fantastic location! Super safe downtown area with lots of teashops, restaurants and cafes close by. The property itself is full of charm, beautifully decorated, and has windows that open up to the action outside. The hosts are really pleasant and quick to communicate. They even gifted us a feteer (Egyptian pizza) that was welcome after 12 hours on the road.
The only thing I'd mention was that for the time of year we visited (early May) there were tons of mosquitoes at night, so a mosquito net above the bed might make a good addition for comfort when sleeping.
