El personal y las instalaciones son excepcionales

L’entorn on està ubicat, el mar que té és increíble i el personal molt amable, sobretot en Darwin amb qui vam fer dues sortides(recomano el placton).

La calor a la nit dins l’habitació va fer molt difícil poder descansar i que al haver de fer tots els àpats allà no disposessin de tota la varietat de la carta. Qui busqui moltes comoditats no és el seu lloc.

The room was very comfortable and the place was calm, nice to relax in the afternoon. During the day is very hot, but we knew in advance that there was no air conditioning. The shower could have been so much better. The staff was helpful, especially Jairo, who was very kind. Even though the bar was not available, we went walking to a hostel next door called Santa Lova, that had many more people and amenities, including a bar with many eating and drinking options. La habitación estuvo muy cómoda y el hostal muy tranquilo. Durante el día hizo mucho calor, pero sabíamos de antemano que no había aire acondicionado. La ducha podría haber sido mucho mejor. El personal fue muy servicial, especialmente Jairo, que fue muy amable. Aunque el bar no estaba disponible, caminamos hasta un hostal de al lado llamado Santa Lova, que tenía mucha más gente y comodidades, incluyendo un bar con muchas opciones para comer y beber.

I feel that the photos of the sea shown on Booking.com and social media don't reflect reality. Perhaps we were unlucky, but the sand next to the hotel wasn't white. The sea was quite dark (terrible photos and murky water for snorkeling). Although the room was comfortable, the shower left much to be desired. We understand that it was an island with a shortage of fresh water, but that shower needs improvement. During our stay, we were told we were the only guests. However, there were other people occupying the hostel who were neither guests nor staff. When we asked the manager who these people were, she simply said, "Oh, they're locals." That didn't inspire much confidence. It was the same at night, with someone using the facilities who wasn't a guest or staff member. Nothing happened to us, but this should be improved for the comfort and safety of guests; or at least they should clarify who these people in the hostel are. Siento que las fotos del mar que muestran en Booking y en redes no corresponden a la realidad. Quizás tuvimos mala suerte, pero al lado del hotal la arena no estaba blanca. El mar estuvo bastante oscuro (fotos terribles y agua turbia para caretear). Aunque la habitación estuvo cómoda, la ducha dejó mucho qué desear. Entiendemos que era una isla con escases de agua dulce, pero esa ducha con un chorrito que se va y vuelve la tienen que mejorar. Durante nuestra estancia fuimos los únicos huéspedes. Sin embargo, hubo otras personas ocupando el hostal que no eran ni huéspedes ni staff del hostal. Cuando preguntamos a la encargada quiénes eran esas personas simplemente nos dijo "Ah, es gente de aquí". Eso no nos dio mucha seguridad. En la noche fue igual, con alguien usando las instalaciones sin ser ni huésped ni hacer parte del personal. No nos pasó nada, pero este punto lo deben mejorar para comodidad y seguridad de los huéspedes; o al menos dar claridad de quiénes son esas personas.
