Veľmi príjemný byt na poslednom podlaží so zaujímavým výhľadom. Moderná novostavba a parkovanie boli príjemným bonusom. Dobrá dostupnosť do centra - aj peši.

Chýbal otvárak na pivo a na víno. 😉 Kľúče sú relatívne daleko cca 10 min. Čo je potrebné počítať do času ak chcete stihnúť navazujúce cesty.

Spacious and new, had everything one needed. Nice view from balcony.

Pickup and dropoff of key and parking card too complicated and caused unnecessary stress. "Large double bed" was two small mattresses separated by a bed frame.

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti di bus /tram dal centro .È posta all ultimo piano di una struttura moderna in una zona in via di sviluppo .È posizionata in prossimità di centri commerciali,fermate di bus /tram..mercato centrale .le vibes sono molto positive .L appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort, ho trovato addirittura sale e zucchero nei mobili,detersivo per i piatti,ferro da stiro ..etc etc.È molto luminoso ed accogliente

Il check in è poco intuitivo nonostante le indicazioni siamo molto dettagliate. Quando siamo arrivati il maniglione del portone di ingresso era rotto ed è stato difficile riuscire ad entrare .Ho provato a chiamare al numero in mio possesso ma non ha risposto nessuno.

The apartment was very clean and the furniture was new. There was a bath.

1) The apartment owners were not able to send any message with key-pick up instructions via Booking. It simply did not get delivered. As a result - I received it only after calling them with many questions, and only - via link in SMS. Also - the owners were not interested to help via phone - they said to only look in the PDF which has all the answers. However, the PDF has the instructions vice versa - how to find key place after you have already found the apartment (not logical) instead of how to find the apartment after you have picked up the keys. As the distance between the two is significant, this caused a big problem (see next point). 2) Due to ongoing constructions in the area around the building, it was impossible to find the entrance with the instructions given from the PDF file. It was not possible to go around the house properly and we ended up with either needing a large circle around all the block or trying to get into the other side of the building through the underground garage (we chose the last option). This created at least a 20min delay. +another 20min delay when we tried to find the key place. + another 20min while we realized that there is not sufficient information and we needed to call and ask for missing details (i.e. the pdf file was sent). 3) When we arrived, the apartment was very cold and we needed a full day with max heat on for the heaters to warm the apartment so it would be comfortable to sleep there. Plus - the pillows and blankets are extremely thin. Pillows are uncomfortable and the blankets are not only thin but also small. It was very cold and there were no reserve blankets to use. And the bed was not comfortable if you sleep with your partner - it is split in half with a wood piece and it is cold and it is painful if you want to sleep on it (because it is hard).
