I asked for the GST invoice; though payment made with GST, your employee simply denied to give the GST invoice to me. First of all its illegal as per Sec 31 read together with Rule 46 of C/SGST Rules 2017 (Amended). It is unfair to deny the invoice to the customer who paid duly by electronic transfer well before consuming your service.
