    As checked in during the late night, the receptionist was bit rude.Other wise the rest of the rest was comfortable. As i left early 4:30Am haven't experienced their breakfast yet

    We stayed for a day with my 2 kids and parents, in 2 rooms, it is bang on the NH (I liked the location , but for some it will be quite far from main city ) , good parking space, nice big rooms , very good cleanliness and very good food (actually excellent food taste and great buffet spread ) Couple of improvements: Bathrooms are old and needs maintenance, showers are rusted , hot water not coming properly, some cleaning issues. Fan speed not proper in room Restaurant service was slow and the staff was not trained enough , they kept on missing things , also some of them kept staring at us on multiple occasions, making us uncomfortable (we called them and asked , why are they staring , but no answer , may be we were looking different). Restaurant had plastic cups for tea , which is a non standard practice for such kind of upmarket hotel. Watchman was throwing garbage on the next plot attached to the hotel. Not a standard way maintaining cleanliness In comparison to other hotels in similar cities the value for money is 75%
