Ashwood on Kings- Kings Beach

Beautiful property, very clean and tidy.

The property is located at the top of 5 flights of stairs, this was not obvious prior to our arrival and made getting our luggage and small children up challenging

It was stylish, clean and gave good beach vibes.

The stairs case with large luggage was a bit of a heart starter.

The location was the best, just 2 minutes walk from Kings Beach, the Beachfront Saltwater Pool and the surrounding cafes and shops. The apartment unit has its own private garage which was a bonus. The apartment itself is very clean and tidy, complete with washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Loved the vibe of the unit! Everything has been provided for a comfortable stay, including Netflix. We slept soundly during the night, it's very quiet. Lastly, hosts are highly responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this great property for your stay.

None.

Location and amenities were good.

Limited A/c facilities - could be an issue in summer. Not being notified of building works (garage door replacements) until mid stay wasn’t great. Limited to no impact to our time but some advanced noticed would be welcome. Advertised as 2 larger beds and single bed but is 2 larger beds and a roll away.
