The process of getting access was a bit cumbersome.

The location is good, we had easy access to the Pezula Nature Reserve Retreat Spa and Golf club house. The location of the Villa had a beautiful view and cozy interior.
The Villa was not well prepared for our stay, as there was a lack of basic amenities (ie, dish soap and cloths, toilet freshner) The dstv was not working and the wifi was completley off. I hoped there would be communication as to why those things weren't available but there wasn't.
