The property was in a beautiful location.

The outside loungers are in poor condition and were sitting amongst the trees. The tiling around the pool is very loose. Bedding was not clean. Stains on bedding. There is quite a lot of unattractive rubble around the wall next to the pool. The towel rails and bathroom fittings are loose and kept falling off. The towels are very worn, discoloured, and could really do with being replaced. The blinds are also in a bad condition in some rooms. Some of the dining room chairs are close to breaking. The outside balcony furniture is close to breaking. The balcony railing is very loose. Very dangerous in that condition. The shower in the main room is in need of an upgrade. The sprayers don't work properly, especially the main one at the top - most important. Neither of the TVs in the bedroom or downstairs were working. The plug for the sleeper couch TV doesn’t reach the outlet and would need an extension cable. It’s a real shame because these are such beautiful properties and the location is fantastic. With a little bit of regular maintenance, attention to detail and TLC, the property could be so much more enjoyable. Given the rates being charged, we do feel that guests should at least be able to expect the property to be thoroughly cleaned, checked and maintained before arrival. We travel quite a lot and are always happy to provide honest, constructive feedback. Hopefully this is helpful and gives you an opportunity to address some of these things for future guests. I have sent this feedback to the host but have had no reply.
