Unico suggerimento che do è provare a sostituire le tende con delle tapparelle o qualcosa di più oscurante perché la mattina passa parecchia luce

Appartamento molto grande, nuovo e luminoso in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale. Comodo al centro di San Julian anche camminando (20 minuti con bambini) e molto vicino ad un grandissimo supermercato. L’alloggio è molto spazioso, con tre camere da letto ognuna con due letti e due bagni, uno con vasca e uno con doccia.la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, lavastoviglie, macchinetta caffè, microonde. È presente una lavatrice e anche un’asciugatrice. Molto comodo il fatto che l’appartamento non richieda chiavi ma solo codici. Se dovessi tornare a Malta sicuramente prenoterei di nuovo qui.

L’appartamento non è ben isolato per quanto riguarda i rumori.In particolare gli scarichi dei bagni dei piani superiori si sentono moltissimo e per chi ha un sonno leggero può essere un problema. Sebbene fosse presente un piccolo kit di benvenuto con zucchero, tè, caffè, panna e due capsule per la macchina del caffè, consiglierei di mettere anche una o due bottiglie di acqua dato che l’acqua del rubinetto non è potabile e per chi arriva ad orari o giorni in cui i supermercati sono chiusi può fare comodo (noi siamo arrivati il primo dell’anno e abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare dei market aperti alle 7 di sera). Per il resto, appartamento super!

The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. really modern, easy to get into. very good overall. there is a (tiny) lift which saves you from lugging your bags up the stairs but if you’re in a group of more than 2 you’d have to send the lift up and down a couple of times. the location is good, it’s only a 5 min drive from st julian’s and it’s not noisy.

some minor things needed improvement: 1. lock on main bathroom door was broken (you could lock the door, but often the lock would come out). 2. could do with hooks or rails for towels in the bathroom. 3. the ensuite shower needs a proper door, you can’t shower properly without soaking the whole bathroom. 4. the toaster uses an EU plug so it has to be plugged in by the TV if you don’t have the right converter. 5. the main balcony door (living room) didn’t lock. 6. the laundry detergent container was empty so it would be nice if some was provided, as well as other essentials like shower gel etc. 7. screen mirroring / casting didn’t work on either of the TVs which was really inconvenient for us, so bring a chrome cast if you want to screen cast.
