We were moved to Mooikloof Ridge because there was a problem at Faerie Glen Heights at no extra charge. The host was exceptional in her handling of any problems or queries that occurred. She always replied within 5 minutes whether it was for security codes or a faulty key. She had solutions and backup plans in place.
The property was very secure with a washing machine and drying rack area which was wonderfully convenient. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and TV and WiFi were top notch. Also the kitchen was fully equipped for all our food requirements. The property has an inverter for lighting and TV, which was most useful on our 4th night there.
We loved the property in Mooikloof Ridge and any minor queries were dealt with professionally and quickly.
