Excellent service, breakfast, airport pick up. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Close to goods and services. View of the pyramids. Not fancy but excellent value for money.

The staff here was so nice and welcoming. While they did not have a room with 2 queen beds we thought we requested, they were very flexible with getting us in a room with a 2nd bed. The rooftop is no longer accessible and the Giza pyramids' layout was recently changed so you can no longer use the entrance that was in walking distance. The staff here made sure we could hire a driver and guide for anything we needed and everyone was nice and welcoming. We also loved the breakfast each morning!

The breakfast offers a beautiful view on the pyramids. The room was spacious and the hall quite amazing, with shops and beutiful ancient egyptian decorations. My daughter spent a lot of time exploring the place.
The breakfast food may be improved, not much variety of fresh cooked food.
