The view of the golf course. The size of the apartment. The location.
The dogs in the lower apartment. And even that’s a stretch. I’m sure they are adorable but barked when we arrived.

We had to clean the verandah to use. When we shifted the beds to connect phone charges it was pretty dirty. Hair on the bathroom benchtop. Under the coffee table was full of dirty. Dust on the tv rack, not pleasant to see from the couch. The toaster was dirty. Bedrooms too hot, air con was hard to cool the whole house. Bathroom window on the shower quite dirty. The best part of the trip was the location of the premises, and luckily we had a good weather over the weekend so didn't had to spend a lot of time on the apartment. The garden facing the beach is perfect, pleasant and beautiful.

It was very clean , a great functional kitchen . Very spacious. A lovely beach area only 100 meters from unit
Needs a little maintenance, just wear and tear with wardrobe doors not sliding properly and getting stuck

Location
Floor always sandy, even after a daily vacuum. A mop would be nice.
Not a sharp knife in the kitchen.
