It's a beautiful, well appointed large 4 bedroom house situated midway between Mooloolaba and Alexander Headland beaches, excellent position for all amenities. It has a lovely swimming pool and decks for relaxing or entertaining. A really outstanding property.
Only a couple of things such as the bbq that was well beyond needing a good clean and really should be replaced, even the handyman that came to replace the gas thought so.
Some lamps that needed replacing etc
But nothing really to shout about.
