The apartment is fully equipped and very practical, it has everything you need for a short or long stay. The host was extremely helpful and the communication was quick, allowing me to check out late. The location is great and has everything you need very close by.

I liked everything

This was a last minute decision because when we got to the port to take the ferry we found out about the strike at the port so they changed ours tickets from 9 am to 11 pm, and that night hotel was in Mikonos. We decided to stay at Peraeus City the whole day to explore, we found out it has a nice Marina and a Fair, etc but we needed a place to leave the luggage and rest so we looked for an apartment specially because of the "check in time" that they usually are more flexible about it. We booked it, the guy sent us the code to access the apartment almost immediately, very clear without any problem we arrived and everything worked out as he mentioned it. Then what I described as a studio was clean, and it has many amenities including dressing for salads in case that you want to cook in the kitchenette that we didn't use because we just wanted a place to touch base and make the time until 11 pm when de ferry would departed. We took a siesta after lunch so I know the bed was comfy and we showered so I know the modern bathroom was working fine and he also left body gel shower and shampoo and clean towels for two people. So it worked very well for us and it is situated almost equal distance to the Marina and to the Port that are in opposite direction (shape of the bay), so if you get out to the right it is the bay and the Marina and to the left the port. Because also the taxi strike that joined the Port workers strike we had to walk to the ferry, from the studio apart around 14 blocks in a very direct way. We left the apartment at 10 pm and we got perfectly on time. The studio is full of light because the wall to the street is all windows and in spite that faces the street because it is in a high floor, it is quiet.

The building is a little sketchy for American standards but don't get me wrong it is in a big city after all and all the buildings look like that but I mentioned it not as a deterrent but so you don't have any high expectations regarding the building and might put you off when you get there, the building looks as an office building, that's all, a little old and worn out but the studio is good. The studio is small so I wouldn't recommend it for long stays or actually living there for a while at least you have another place to stay and you use it to sleep.

The room was at a good location, close to the metro and to the ferry port.

The room was In a bad shape - all the walls were kind of worn and dirty, also the sheets on the bed were dirty when we arrived. The bathroom floor towel was ruined by bleach and the shower was dirty too. It felt a bit gross but it was only for one night… Unfortunately we came in during the night when Pireus had a nonstop party outside - music was playing until 6AM. But apparently this is only once a year.
