Pleasant stay, ideal stop over for joining or departing a cruise ship

The property was immaculate and in a good location, close walking distance to the marina and ideal location for the cruise ship port

The seating area for the two bedroom apartment was basically hard chairs around a kitchen table and the area felt like a kitchen corridor that linked the bedrooms to the bathroom.

That was interesting experience.

Very good location, property was clean, welcome package with some treats, close to all shops , port and beach.

There was a construction next door and was very noisy, the beds were too soft and there was not any balcony or terrace that was showing on a website.

Enjoyed it

The property was very clean, had a lot of amenities provided for like coffee, ironing, air conditioning. It was close to Athens city about 25mins drive but could’ve been less if not for the traffic. Piraeus port is just down the road from it. If that’s the area you wish to explore.

The shower door just needed a slight upgrade in regards to water leaking a bit when you shower . It’s not a major issue. I probably had the shower on high pressure lol

Good place. Clean, tidy. White bed linen. Comfortable beds. Received ahead of time. There is a washing machine and all necessary inventory for life. Caring hosts. Nice terrace. We came back here for the second time.😀❤️

Pots without lids. The air conditioner in the room is not working. Only two pieces (rolls) of toilet paper were left for the family for three nights. This is too little. We bought our own paper. A glass is missing. The remaining cups are different. Dear owners, remove the defects and we will come to you again and again 😀.❤️

There must be a night club somewhere close because the noise on the weekends can be loud and wake you at 5 am. Bring ear plugs.

An amazing stay in Pireaus

We liked everything - the location, the comfy beds, the cleanliness, and the staff's politeness. We were a bit too worried about the hot water but it's easy to manage. And although we were next to the main street and Pireaus is known for its motorcyclists we had a good night's sleep.

It was a bit difficult to deal with unlocking the door but once you get the hang of it it's easy.

Grea t stay in Athens

A newly refurbished flat. The location was good as 10mn away from metro and 30mn to Acropolis. It was clean, spacious and comfortable , good value and good service. A cleaner came halfway through our stay. There were sweets, little biscuits, and basic breakfast things to tie us over until we got a ship. There were orange trees outside our house.

The road was a little bit noisy at night, but Athens is a noisy city . The kitchen had a good range of crockery, but it would have been nice to have a proper new frying pan. The one there was a bit damaged.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a very central location. Comfortable beds and a coffee machine! I was very happy only wish I could have stayed more than 1 night but we were visiting for a family occasion. Will definitely book again.

We really liked the apartment and the location. The beds were amazing! :)

AC worked best in the main area, less so in the bedrooms but it was sufficient. The communication was very slow, poor even. Booked thru booking.com. I sent messages that were not answered. Management sent an automessage weeks in advance telling us they could provide a discounted ride from the airport for a fee. When I messaged back making the request I received no response. Then after we arrived in the Athens airport, we found our own taxi, I messaged again and asked about check in. Nothing. Finally I called. She said check in is at 3pm and she would send me the lock box code. We were early so we grabbed lunch nearby while we waited for code. Nothing. After 3:30, I called again. FINALLY, she walked me thru on the phone, the code to lock box outside exterior door then another lock box inside behind the main door. She neglected to mention that our unit was around the building and thru another exterior door!! So we get in and there isnt any check in information. I had to call again for wifi information which was wrong by the way. We figured it out. Ironically, at 4:22pm we did receive an email with check in information. Ugh. One good thing is they did answer the phone each time. But seriously 3 phone calls???

Great apartment. Good connections by both guest transport and taxi. Great terrace. There were only unwatered flowers - we had some activity before we released the flowers on the terrace. 😀😀😀

Almost perfect

It was truly clean, with nice furniture, elegant as well. Giorgina from the mint team was helpful and nice. The terrace on the roof top is a big advantage of this flat. The price for 4 people is good and I would come back if I would have to take a ferry in the morning. Around the place bakery, cafeteries, Pireus marina.

We got a different flat due to sterilization (covid19) but I can understand that the circumstances are special. I did not like that one of the rooms did not have direct doors but curtain. It was like a transitive, and we did not have this important information before we made the booking. It is a problem if the travellers are two couples, especially if one of them is coming back late in the night. It is not possible to do not wake up the couple which is sleeping in this room with curtain. It also do not have a window and it is difficult to get there fresh air from the outside. That is why I would recommend this flat rather for a short stay.

Bardzo dużo miejsca w apartamencie, duże pokoje, dużo szaf, krzeseł, stołów. Ciastka i cukierki na powitanie. Kawa i woda. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Bardzo czysto. Świetny taras na dachu. Blisko port, piekarnie, sklepy.

Lokalizacja- centrum Pireusu ale zarówno do plaży jak i do najładniejszej promenady trochę daleko- 20- 25 minut pieszo. W upałach to może być kłopotliwe. Na dachu jest fantastyczny taras ale aby na niego wejść trzeba wyjść z budynku I wejść ponownie innym wejściem. Nie było piekarnika tylko mikrofala.

Bardzo czysty i śliczny apartament. W stylu retro ( nie nowoczesny lub w stylu Ikea ) Bardzo lubię takie wnętrza. Mają duszę. Przywitała nas karafka nalewki, słodycze i czyściutkie wnętrze. Taras jest na dachu budynku. Należy do niego wyjść z budynku i wejść do następnej klatki a potem pojechać tam windą. Widok na zachód słońca, genialny. Nie stanowiło to dla nas problemu. Nie jest daleko do metra. Blisko do portu. Polecam szczerze.

5 noches en Pireo

La ubicación, el edificio es precioso, el apartamento encantador, las camas muy cómodas, buena presión de agua en la ducha. Fácil hacer el check in/out. Muy bueno que tenga lavadora de ropa y que tiene racks para tenderla. Tiene suficientes platos y cubiertos. La estufa tiene 2 hornillas muy funcional, la refrigeradora es un minibar para estadía larga hay que hacer compras de perecederos pensando en esto. Nos permitieron hacer check out hasta medio dia, muy agradecidos. Siempre responden a los mensajes.

Las instrucciones para ingresar no son claras, gracias a los comentarios de huéspedes anteriores sabíamos que la entrada era en el mismo edificio. Las instrucciones para conectar el agua caliente no son correctas, no hay que apagar ningún switch después de 30 minutos, se apaga solo. la calefacción no se podía graduar adecuadamente (muy frío, muy caliente) y los administradores no solucionan solo siguen dando las mismas instrucciones de uso y pidiendo foto del control. Solo dejaron 2 rollos de papel toilet para una estadía familiar de 5 noches e indicaron que solo dejaban lo necesario para el primer día. Hay muchos zancudos (incluso te dejan un bote de insecticida.) Seria bueno tener una secadora de ropa, en invierno la ropa tardo 3 dias en secarse ya que se tiende dentro del mismo apartamento.

W apartamencie spędziliśmy 3 noce - 4 osoby. Każda z par miała swoją oddzielna sypialnie ( w jednej znajdowało się łóżko małżeńskie, w drugiej dwa osobne ,ale bez problemu można je było złączyć). Dodatkowo apartament składał się z małego salonu połączonego z kuchnią. W łazience znajdowała się pralka, z której można było skorzystać. Również na wyposażeniu znajduje się żelazko.

Instrukcja dotycząca odbioru kluczy i lokalizacji mieszkania zawiera błędne dane- wymaga poprawy. Uliczny zgiełk- ale właściciele apartamentu nie mają raczej na to wpływu 🙂
