Centrally located in Carytown fully fenced

Location, hot water in bathroom, the amount of space in the apartment, size of beds and the spaciousness as well as the quick communication with owner when there were concerns are all pros.

Cons: There was sidewalk closures which owner was unaware of so parking wasn’t available on street, we had to go to parking garage around the corner and pay 2.00 dollars with no in and out privileges. And there is a quiet hour time frame which is great but not when you are having a girls weekend. Catching up, laughing and talking can definitely cause room for complaints from downstairs if you are in the #2 apartment which is located upstairs.

We have stayed at this place multiple times and love it - very comfortable and close to lots of shops, restaurants, and museums.

We usually hear the people who are downstairs from us.

It’s centrally located, well-appointed, and clean. The electronic keypad made accessing the property very easy.

They allow dogs, so we had to take allergy medicine. It’s probably noted on the listing that it’s pet friendly, so it’s our fault for not seeing it. Not a big deal, but worth noting.
