l'emplacement idéal en retrait du centre et 5mn pour le centre à pied, l'appart super grand, bien équipé, 3 clim, vue sur la cathédrale le matin a la table du petit déjeuner. quartier calme, parking fermé à 30m. attention, 2 étages à grimper avec de beaux escaliers anciens en bois cirés.
la porte d'entrée du bâtiment un peu dure et très bruyante la caution de 500€ par carte bancaire pas évident, mais bien conseillé par la conciergerie

Une situation idéale : facile d'accès, juste en face du quartier historique, le parking privé pour 2 véhicules est un plus -si pas de trop grosse voiture - vue magnifique sur Ste Cécile. Bel appartement clair et propre.
J'avais réservé cet appartement parce qu'il y avait 2 lits, clairement noté dans la réservation. Or il n'y avait qu'un seul lit de fait, sous prétexte que nous étions deux.Il fallait régler en plus pour avoir linge de nuit dans second lit. Suite à ma réclamation , par principe, le proprio a refusé : Pas vraiment cool ! ! Le matelas a vraiment besoin d'être changé.

Bel emplacement avec une très belle vue sur la vieille ville d'Albi. Appartement très agréable et décoré avec goût
Pas grand chose, quelques détails ; Pomme de douche à remplacer Abattant/ siège WC à refixer Quelques éléments de vaisselle cassés ou ébréchés (Mug, assiette,...)
