A beautiful house of 60m2 spread over three levels, located at the foot of the Cathedral Sainte-Cécile in the heart of the old Albi classified World Heritage of Unesco. Plus: the view of the Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and its superb canopy from the sun roomhou! The lodging is classified 4 *.
For the lovers of old stones that are with us of the brick and the wood ... typical of this medieval quarter. A piece of history renovated by an architect in which we propose to welcome you with all comfort and quality equipment.

AVAILABILITY
Enjoy a few days to visit Albi and its surroundings without constraint of arrival and departure day.
Rental from 3 nights in July and August. Rental from 2 nights the rest of the year.

OUR HOUSE :

On the ground floor you will find the garage (2,61m x 4,20m for small vehicle), an entrance and a laundry area with washer / dryer. Iron and ironing board are at your disposal.
Climb the beautiful wooden staircase, and here is the 1st floor: the kitchen area and the living room.
In the kitchen, everything is there: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and all the necessary equipment: coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, kettle. In the living room, flat screen TV and internet box with free Wi-Fi. Direction the 2nd floor admiring the bricks and the wooden half-timbering.
The first room with two beds in 90cm that can come together to make a big bed in 180cm! Private bathroom with shower in 90x90cm. On this floor there is also an independent WC.
The visit continues to the 3rd floor, in fact the former sunhou (used once to store goods or dry linen) of the house arranged in room. Here, a large bed in 160cm with view on the Cathedral and its magnificent canopy: simply magic! In addition, a nice room of water with TOILET and shower in 80x120cm. You will also have at your disposal a dressing room.
Here, the visit is over!

Arrivals are from 5pm (3pm on Saturday & Sunday), departures are no later than 11am. From April to October, the tourist tax is to be added to the prices displayed above (1.10 € / day / person).

Rental rates include: towels / linens / sheets provided. Hair dryer available.

A deposit of 25% of the total amount will be required, the balance 15 days before your arrival. A deposit (200 € per check) is required upon arrival. It will be returned to you at the time of the inventory, if no degradation is found.
If you use the garage, you will be given a terminal key (pedestrian street). A deposit of 25 € will be added to the security deposit.

OPTIONS:
End of stay cleaning: from 15 € for 2 nights. Over 7 nights: 60 €
Baby kit (high chair, bed umbrella) free on request.

PARKING:
Garage on the ground floor (2,61mx4,20m) for small vehicle.

Lovely little apartment in the old town. Very central to the action. Clean, well-equipped, comfy beds. If you cannot manage stairs, this one might not be for you. Our rental car was too big for the parking space on site, but public parking a couple blocks away did the job.

Four restaurants right outside our door. Can walk to everything. Saturday farmers market fabulous food patissseree cathedral a few minute walk. Fun restaurant with music and fun locals on the corner to the right of the house another very good restaurant with prices fix right across from it. We did not try the first restaurant as you turn right out of the door or the last one on the left

Two couples enjoyed 3 wonderful days in Albi. The apartment is wonderful, new, contemporary and fully equipped. The location is perfect -- just steps from St. Cecile Cathedral. We never met Myriam, but she communicated effectively through VRBO messages. Highly recommended.
