Clear and timely instructions provided. Good facility and household item variety.

Bedsheets provided but had to be put on by ourselves. Instructions said under no circumstances should anyone sleep without these being put on but the sizes provided did not match (i.e. what was marked as double bed sheets included a single sized bed sheet). Had no choice but to use a blanket instead. Floors were not hoovered, sand felt throughout. No hoover, only a broom available. WiFi was available (great!) but the power cable did not work so had to use our own.

Great shack, it had everything we needed. Great park for the kids

Pillows we're a little hard, but thats my personal opinion. They were clean and thats the main thing

The TV didn't pick up any channels, there was no internet either. All we had was a tiny selection of DVDs to use on the DVD player. I was also unhappy to find out about the electricity not being included in the price and being told after my non refundable booking that we needed to bring lots of £1 coins with us to use on the pay as you go meter. When I contacted the management company (via email and call with voicemail message) nobody got back to me to discuss my concern, so had it been a bigger problem not sure how we could manage. It is the sort of place where you sleep and stay out all day, but as I said the two evening we had there were boring without the TV. The beds are not made, you find the bedlinen in bags and you have to sort it out yourself. Bedrooms are very small.
