Beachfront apartment with terrace, pool and tennis court in Costabella, Marbella

Great location away from hectic central Marbella. Set in beautiful gardens several low rise attractive and interesting buildings with three swimming pools and set by the beach. You can leave your apartment walk through the gardens, past the tennis court and foot ball pitch to a gate that opens almost on the beach.

Seriously who wants to have the electrics frequently cut off because you’re boiling a kettle or trying to cook a meal, which then doesn’t work for a while as if it needs a rest. Lights even went off mid meal so the four of us were sitting in total darkness. Just had to turn all switches off then back in again to fix it, thank you husband for guessing that. Inadequate power to this apartment which needs addressing. Small issue but irritating the loo seat in the master bathroom falls on you when you sit on it. I used the other bathroom for the loo in the end. Shower head in the secondary bathroom needs a new rawl plug and some filler as it falls out. But these were the only issues in an otherwise lovely apartment which did not spoil our stay.

Automatische verlichting in de gangen van het appartement naar je voordeur. Als je na 10 uur s avonds aan kwam.

Die Wohnung und die ganze Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es ist aber alles gut gepflegt und komfortabel. Kontakt mit den Gastgebern (ist eine Agentur) war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, 2 Minuten zum Strand. Ein Supermarkt der sogar bis 01:00 Uhr geöffnet ist ist in 5 Minuten zur Fuß erreichbar. In der Küche und Bad sind basic Utensilien zumindest für die ersten Tagen vorhanden.

Strom war leider nicht wirklich stabil. Sobald man zwei, geschweige den drei elektronischen Geräten benutzt hat, ist die Sicherung ausgespungen. Wir haben es angemerkt und es wurde versprochen, dass man die Sache in die Hand nehmen wird. Unser Aufenthalt war aber deswegen nicht weniger schön.
