The location is great and so is the outside of the property. Inside slightly basic but certainly ok and as shown on photos. Overall a great stay and would definitely repeat.

The garden and pool were fantastic- the location was also perfect!

No aircon- my husband & kids really struggled with it. If it had aircon we would book ever year as it is very close to my parents place and perfect in every other way!

Wonderful setting with cool beautiful house in a large fabulous garden and very calm surroundings, the sea only a few steps from the garden. Beach not crowded, smooth sand, nice beach restaurants. Very friendly and discreet owners.

The location of the property is superb as well as the extremely large beautiful gardens the villa sits within. The pool is great (but a little cold for us at the end of May). Great BBQ and Kitchen facilities. The owner was fabulous and couldnt have been more helpful to us during our stay. Fully equipped supermarket only a 10 min walk from the property (pull along trolley would be handy if you dont have a car). The beautiful beach is less than a 10 minute walk with lovely restaurants. We highly recommend the Italian on the beachfront (Miguel y Maria Restaurant). It is €5 euro each for a sunbed and umbrella all day and serves fantastic food and drinks. As per previous comments, the Villa and Pool is in need of some TLC but this did not take away from the pleasure or comfort of our stay. If you want to travel around Marbella or to Puerto Banus, I would recommend hiring a car as the taxi's are very expensive.
