We will be available each day for any needs, recommendations or to show you around the house.
Excellent location with easy access to all of the attractions, restaurants and bars. You are one house off of Main Street which makes it a prime location for events, especially Bike Week & Biketoberfest!

Walk to the Daytona Lagoon water park & miniature golf just around the corner from the house (5min walk)! Also within walking distance are multiple restaurants, Starbucks, our favorite surf shop in Daytona, movie theater and for more permanent memories, tattoo shops! :) You can get many places by walking or biking (many bike rental places around), but if you would like to venture over to the Daytona International Speedway, major shopping or to Ponce Inlet you will need to rent a car.
Plenty of private parking for 4 cars in the driveway along with a 1 car garage which fits 4-6 motorcycles. All dishes, cutlery and kitchen necessities will be stocked to enable you and your guests to cook full meals. A short 5-7 minute walk will get you to the beach. After a full day of fun and relaxation at the beach, get ready for some fun night life at the World Famous Daytona Beach Boardwalk filled with amusement rides and dozens of attractions for all ages!

Parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway. There is also an enclosed garage which you can park 1 car or 6+ motorcycles. Public transportation is less than 50 feet from the house which makes getting around easy. There will rarely be a time when you will need a car, as you are within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and attractions.
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken and on a leash at all times when outside.
There is a tire business next door, so just be sure not to park in their parking lot. You’ll occasionally hear them changing a tire & noise from next door.
No local guests.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.

Filtered water and Ice maker are available at this property.
$25 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
A separate $25 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month.

The owners were incredibly quick to response and the communication was phenomenal the whole trip. The location could not have been better and there was plenty of space for everyone. I would stay there time and time again. Thank you!!

The check in process was a bit difficult, as we were sent the wrong code and the key pad lock was dying. The owner did have to come two days later to replace the batteries. The shower broke when we arrived after an 18 hour drive from Texas. Owner told us to watch a video on how to fix it, or we could shower outside with the cold water outdoor shower located at the front of the house.. thankfully my husband was able to fix it. The AC also didn’t reach the kitchen and back bathroom, which was a bit frustrating at times. Toilet was also faulty and did not flush unless the top was removed and done manually. Outlet in the bathroom was hanging from the wall. Thankfully we only used the house to shower and sleep, and we’re in a prime location for Jeep Beach. Very close to the main after parties and speedway. Short drive to the beach as well. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, I wouldn’t recommend this location. It shares a wall with a tire shop and is right across the street from a pretty loud bar, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing.
Overall, I give it 3 stars bc of location and access to the garage. The garage held our doors for our Jeeps easily. But the house could use some maintenance and upkeep.
