We offer an extremely comfortable home for your family or friends. Our home includes a dining room, a cozy living room,5 Bedrooms all with King Beds and 3 full baths.
We are located minutes away from local restaurants, parks and shopping. Easy access to major highways, downtown KC, shopping and all of KC's attractions. It is also WIFI equipped and has a flat screen ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming channels with your own login.
The well appointed kitchen is equipped with appliances, pots, pans, toaster,
coffee maker, blender and an abundance of spices for cooking your favorite meals.
Your perfect stay is our first priority and we are available if you need us, but offer you complete privacy as well. We accommodate both long term and short term rentals.

Getting Around:
Our driveway can accommodate 2 cars for parking. Most attractions will require taking an $10-$20 Uber/Lyft ride or renting a car.DO NOT PARK IN THE NEIGHBOR'S DRIVEWAY/property, you will be fine $500 + towing fees.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

The house was very comfortable, it was very clean and it was equipped with everything that we needed.We had a wonderful stay.

We could tell the property owner is really trying to make this house a Five-star. It was just enough space. Most issues relate to it being an older house in a changing neighborhood.A few points to consider:1. Ants in multiple places.2. Furniture is old and inadequate (not enough chairs) for a group of 6.3. Patio and yard in very poor condition making any outdoor activities undesirable.4. Electrical outlets were sparse and several weren’t working.5. Water pressure in the Jack and Jill bathroom was inadequate requiring guests to use other bathroom.6. Kitchen is good and functional.7.Owner was responsive to messages and check-in was easy.

House was super nice and clean 5 king size beds in big rooms. The owner was super nice we had questions it was our first time and he was very quick to respond and super nice.
