About this house rental
Great location Denver Vacation Home. This little Jewell has an AwSoMe location! Close to light rail, and super easy access to I-25. 15 minutes to the heart of Down Town Denver, and less than 10 minutes to the Denver Tech Center (DTC). Cherry creek, Glendale, Wash park, all a stones throw!!!!
We are pet friendly with prior approval. Fee applies.
LOCATION does not get any better than this one! Easy access to everything in the Denver area, also major highway to scoot up to mountains on weekends! House is remodeled, clean, hardwood throughout. Very comfortable!! Bonus backyard to enjoy!

Neighborhood has huge trees, well developed area. House was built in the 50's. Very quaint area, quite, but travel 3 blocks and be in the rush of all that Denver has to offer.

Each bedroom has its own sink and cabinet to help alleviate a traffic jam to use the bathroom. Guests can shower, then finish getting ready in their room with their private sink. Also, there is a king sized bed in master. Hide a bed has an upgraded memory foam mattress, very comfy.
