Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The condo was nice!! It was beautiful inside and was comfortable for 2 of us. The parking for the complex was a bit tricky - if there is a bigger car in the first parking spot, you have to pull in, back up, and then pull down to your parking spot. Not a lot of room between the end of the cars and the grass. The refrigerator leaked water when we got water or ice from it. The washing machine bangs around when it starts the spin cycle. And it’s loud. So don’t do laundry at night. The pool was closed 3 out of the 5 full days we were there, with no notice that it would be closed, except for one of the days.

Sheets on hide a bed were dirty but we were given clean sheets. Having to move a glass top table to pull out the bed wasn’t the easiest but super cute and comfortable unit

Cute, clean and remodeled vacation property was a short walk to the beautiful public beach. The condo was well appointed with anything we needed including beach chairs. The perfect size for a couple’s weekend or family with small children. The property manager was great and the communication quick and friendly when we requested to stay an extra night. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back!
