This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with the gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect. Short walk to the water and next to Pampano Joes! The beach was very nice! We have 3 kids- 2 are 10/12 and the other turned 1 the week after our trip. The “master” is smaller but we were able to fit our pack n play at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds and an additional bed. Master bath has sliding glass doors with frame and made it hard to bath the baby but we made it work. The downstairs bathroom smelled like smoke - I think it’s the neighbor…. They did start each bathroom with a tiny bar of soap and one roll of tp so make sure to grab all is that. Also they provided small container of dish soap but no sponge to wash dishes or the counter tops so get that also. Plenty of towels under the sinks in the bathrooms. Property management company was very responsive. Loved the text option. There was a sweet journal in the home with entries all the way back to 2012… we added our own. Living space was very comfortable. Wish there had been a few blankets for cool mornings on the porch. No pizza pan or other oven safe pans so used large glass casserole dish. The beach was really nice and there’s a lifeguard chair and parking near the unit. Would definitely stay there again.
