Property was great. It looked as it did in the pics and is right across the street from the beach.
We did have issues with the door locking. And it should list the actual unit number in the Check-In info. We were confused as to where the place was initially.

The inside did look like the pictures. It was very spacious . It was very close to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood. It was also clean.
The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable due to a slant in it. There seemed to be easy access for bugs to get in but it’s also relatively close to the beach. I didn’t like that REALJOY doesn’t specify their rules until after booking like not being able to check in early or check out late without a charge of 250.00 and the booking is non-refundable . The condo is located upstairs so be prepared if you have a lot of items. You also can’t turn the air below 70. The owners do live below but we had no issue with them while there.
