Very cozy and clean! Everything was ready when we arrived to the room. Parking garage was convenient and felt safe: loved having the sky/crosswalk over the road. This unit is all the way down on the opposite end from the elevators so if you have problems with mobility, probably not ideal. You are also 'outside' when you exit the elevator to go to the room, so you will have to walk along an open balcony to get to the room, if you are scared of heights like me it may make you feel a bit uneasy. The room itself was easy to access with the code entry, the kitchen has only a small refrigerator but did have needed utensils/plates/cups and a small table. Balcony is small but enough room for 2 people to sit comfortably, does not face the front of the beach but you do have a nice angled view of the beachfront and ocean. The bed would be my main complaint, very hard and uncomfortable, and not near enough blankets or pillows. Could never get connected to the wifi with passwords provided so service was not good in the room. Also the gym was out of service at time of our visit. The pool was very nice, plenty of lounge seating. Great beach access!!!

The room was great. The service however, was another story. We reached out multiple times about the air conditioning not working and it was never fixed. It was very hot. We ended up leaving early. We have yet to even hear anything back about that.
