This cozy and colorful condo is spacious enough for a family beach vacation or a group getaway to the Emerald Coast. Inside, you'll find a roomy and inviting living area, a dining area with a table and seating for six, and a full, well-equipped kitchen ready to help you prepare anything from the morning coffee to delicious, full-course meals. Outside, you can kick back and enjoy the spectacular view off your furnished balcony. Guests will also enjoy access to on-site amenities including shared pools, indoor hot tubs, and a fitness center.

With its central location, you'll have all of Panama City Beach's exciting attractions right at your fingertips! Shipwreck Island Waterpark is just four miles away, but kids can also experience the fun and excitement of Gulf World Marine Park just a little over a mile from your front door. And guests of all ages are sure to enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and other attractions available at Pier Park, less than a mile away.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 27.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
