We stayed for 3 months. Villa was very clean when we arrived. Pool area is not terribly large. Only a few spots where you can get afternoon sun, thats probably the one concern we had.

Nice home, very clean, plenty of towels. We felt comfortable there and the beds were comfortable, too. Didn't get to use the pool because the water was too cold and we did not pay for the optional pool heat, but that's ok. I wish the kitchen had a few more items such as cookie sheet, cake pan, pizza pan, etc. because we would have actually cooked instead of eating out every day, but we were on vaca so I got a break from cooking! Host was responsive when I had a question about the trash. Home is about 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport so that was good. My only "issue" is the number of cars that park on the street. It's a relatively narrow street so we had to be careful pulling in and out of the driveway because of cars parked on the street across from our house. Despite that, would recommend this home for a vacation stay.
