Large single story open floor plan, five bedrooms, three bathrooms home with large pool and spa with private woods behind pool, home sleeps 10 in beds and has full size washer and dryer, fully stocked with bedding, linen and dishes.
20 minutes to Walt Disney World, Golfing and many stores and restaurants are within 2 miles of home.
Three rooms with queen size beds, then Two rooms with double twin beds.
Sleeper sofa in living room that can be made into a queen bed.
Wifi included.
Cable tv.
Pool and Spa heat can be purchased for $30.00 per day extra.
If outside temps drop below 53 degrees, the pool heater can not work.
The villa is a non pet home, no pets allowed. We provide first set up of toiletries , once used it is up to guests to buy more.

This home was better than I expected. It was cozy and almost like you were at home. The pool was amazing! Yes, there are some bugs in the pool, but that honestly comes with the territory (it's Florida!). Overall, I'm so happy we stayed here, and I'd absolutely choose to stay here again!

Pool heat didnt.work the hot tub stayed cold but they did try so hard to.fix it and.they were so quick.to respond and.were very nice to deal with
