For 2-3 people, 80 sqm apartment (including roof top). Situated in the penthouse, the studio apartment is on two floors and consists of one queen size bed:
First floor:
• Entrance, hallway, sofa bed, smart TV, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (kitchen counter, large kitchen work surface with sink, stove top, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, air conditioning), balcony with pool view.
Second floor:
• Roof top terrace with private plunge pool and pool views.
Access to Hotel amenities including three swimming pools - each of them offering a different setting and vibe. Rejuvenates your mind, body and spirit in our spa. We have an extensive menu of massages and treatments. While you are here, be sure to experience the sensation of the ancient Mayan culture in the Cenote inside The Waves Tulum cenote with spectacular underwater stalactites and restaurant-bar. During your stay there is no need to interrupt your exercise routines, we offer you a complete gym with first class equipment.

If you are looking for an all inclusive resort experience, this condo is not for you. However, if you travel to experience the culture, cuisine and local flair then this place is home. The condo is located within a local neighborhood with the necessary safeties. Here, you will smell food cooking, hear roosters, meet the neighborhood dogs all whilst enjoying your modern conveniences. The fully equipped kitchen allowed for us to reheat delicious leftovers, cook cactus and eggs (locally purchased) and enjoy our coffee flavors from home :-). The penthouse view of the jungle, locals and city is amazing and the splash pool a plus! The administration was quick to help with directions, recommendations and handled everything as described. I read another review about a dog barking and recommend you close the small window above your shower to allow for a very quiet, relaxing room. Also, highly recommend the Elote cart for a corn snack and all the local, non touristy restaurants surrounding this hotel.
