We had the Family apartment. The place is spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. The staff was welcoming. Raquel was responsive, helpful and very easy to communicate. Everything is within 15 minutes by bicycle. Lots of new restaurants within 10 minutes walk

This place is more of a 3 star. It does not look as luxurious in person as it did on the pics. The guy who manages it is helpful and it is close to everything. The birds in the am and cars driving is definitely annoying. Its cool if you need a cheaper spot in tulum.
