This is a 3 bed 2 Full bath house in Deerfield beach Fl Rental..it also has 1/1 in law suite connected to it as well that’s a separate part of house rental is separate and has its own entrance and parking and NO USE to the POOL. Pool is heated when needed Nice and quiet area close to the beach 6-8 minute car/Uber ride close to downtown Deerfield restaurants and bars and also 3 miles away to Boca Raton Mizner Park it is in a beautiful neighborhood and is kid friendly Sleeps only 6 people (no pets) or animals allowed will be evicted if caught and $600

This is a great vacation house. It looks just like in the pictures. The backyard pool area is amazing. The pool is large and the deck area around the pool is very large with lots of seating. We could adjust the pool temperature how we liked it. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need. There are tons of towels. The owner was very responsive. He even let us check in 3 hours early so we had an extra afternoon to enjoy the beautiful pool. The only unusual thing is that the primary bedroom and bathroom are in one open room, which it shows in the pictures. You have to walk through the primary bedroom to get to the sliding door out to the pool, unless you go out the front door of the house and around the side of the house through the gates to the backyard. That would not stop me from staying here again. The location is also excellent. It's close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

It took a few days to keep the pool heated to a temperature we enjoy. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
