About this apartment rental

Welcome to Sugar Beach, located directly on the white sands of Orange Beach! This family friendly condo complex offers three outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, tennis court, and covered parking. Additionally, this complex conveniently has the Sugar Shack onsite during the summer months to serve up hamburgers, sandwiches, snacks, and drinks.

Welcome to this cozy east-side studio steps from the sugar sands of Orange Beach! This unit features a king-size bed with mounted flat screen TV. Enjoy your morning drinking coffee on the private balcony, while listening to the waves break. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a local seafood dish. Dining area accommodates two with additional seating for two at kitchen bar. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Parking passes must be purchased on-site from the guard shack. The parking pass is $35. You are only allowed ONE parking pass. Parking spots are on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is our 3 stay at sugar beach. We have stayed in a different unit each time. They have all been great. The condo building is an older building, but it is well maintained love the three pools and the kitty pool and the sugar shack and access to the beach. Already booked for memorial week and my husband’s birthday again next year

Sugar Beach is an older property......That being said, the room (studio) was nice with a partial view of the beach. Much less expensive than a hotel room in the area. Kitchen was functional and had everything we needed
