Beautiful, spacious, comfortable house located in one of the most sought out and safest neighborhoods of Roseville. Enjoy the large private yards covered in vines with plenty of mature trees, shade & landscaped yard. You'll find the best quality furnishings, vaulted high ceilings, super-fast WIFI, French country inspired decor & a rustic cozy fireplace. Convenient to several shops, restaurants, activities, bars, 2 major hospitals, and a stone's throw to Johnson Ranch Sports Club or a short walk over to Dietrich Park.
This home has a Ring security surveillance camera outside in front of the parking garage for your safety and ours. We care about your safety and security and do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.
