We had a great stay, the rooms were nice and large, the kitchen and common areas also good sized and comfortable. When we needed assistance, the property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would recommend it to our friends. Our one complaint is that the property could use more TLC - there are knobs missing from the kitchen cabinets, several of the burners on the stove had broken knobs, the outdoor furniture is very soiled, the built in bbq doesn't work, and the yard could just use better maintenance. It seems like an extra hour or two per week on care would make a huge difference in the quality of the stay, which was already good, but could have been great.

We booked the house for a golf weekend and had a great time. Clean, well-appointed, and with a really nice backyard. Two maintenance items for the owner to address: (1) the shower in the master bath has a constant drip; (2) although the grill worked, our 'grillmaster' said some of the individual burners were out.
