The hot tub was great! The view of the sunset (early Oct) was obscured by the neighboring property- but the colors were amazing! I love that you could see the ocean/waves from the living room/ back patio. Re: The kitchen- The island was sticky and there was not a variety of cleaning products accessible- or at least I could find. Otherwise it was clean enough. The sheets in the master suite were not in good shape- I don't think they were changed between visitors. Also the remote for the TV downstairs only worked to turn the tv on and off. That's it. The towels in the downstairs bathroom were damp- like they werent fully dried before folded (i.e. the cleaning service ran out of time). Also- it was great that they're were extra pillows- but I couldn't find the pillow cases for them. Re: no shoes policy- the carpet on the stairs has seen better days. And the floors were not super clean either. No shoes is fine- we're used to that at home- but the flooring did not appear congruent with a no-shoes home.All in all- it was good. The price was definitely for the view... it was for my daughter's 20th birthday and she was sufficiently impressed- and it was nice to get out of the valley. For that I'm truly thankful. The location in proximity to the Reserve was excellent. Moss Beach is a favorite of ours.

Fantastic property and location. Easy access to the city and the coastal highways. Perfect stay for six adults, this property had plenty of space and the hot tub was a hit.

Beautiful and very comfortable home with stunning views! Perfect home for our girl’s getaway of five. We enjoyed the home so much we barely left the house. Home was extremely clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and seamless arrival/ departure. Our host was outstanding who promptly answered all our questions. All of us were so pleased with our stay and will likely return again.
