Enjoy this recently renovated home overlooking Lake Talmadge. There is a large back deck perfect for watching the sunset. It is complete with a gas grill, large dining table, and comfortable seating area. On weekends, you may enjoy coffee outside while watching the skydivers over the lake. The dock on property is perfect for water activities such as fishing.
Inside, the home boasts original hardwood floors, granite countertops, and expansive views.
The bedrooms are all equipped with TV's, ceiling fans, and upgraded bedding.
Both bathrooms have walk in showers
The family room has a pull out couch with swivel chairs to enjoy the view.
There is a stunning dining area with a fireplace and panoramic window that may double as a game room or office.
The home is within close proximity to downtown Deland. It is centrally located between Orlando and popular beaches such as Daytona and New Smyrna. While the home is off a state road that does provide some road noise, a large circle driveway allows for easy access to the property.

Had a nice stay at a comfortable house.

The North Talmadge lakehouse was relaxing. We had everything we needed for the stay. All the rooms had TV's. , and the living room and couch were big enough to accommodate everyone. The house was super clean and updated. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and bbq's on the large deck. Chelsie is a great host and very attentive. Will come stay again.
