Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was immaculate. Probably the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Great location as well, only a couple of blocks to beach access. Neighbors were friendly as well.

Modern, spacious, clean, helpful management service. Soft living room couch and beds. Great bathrooms. Nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors, easy access to beach, good viewing space launches. Lots of shopping opportunities in the nearby area. Library a short block away gave us temporary lending rights. Take a chair and walk to friday fest for music, food, and vendors.

In my last 10 years this is the best vacation home experience over all
The house is so clean
Furniture makes me feel I’m home already it’s all what we need as a family
Kitchen is ready for a large family
Super clean kitchen
All the bedrooms have been cleaned and staked with enough bidding and towels
Vacasa as crew are very responsive even during the holiday when I got a question
I highly recommend this vacation home for everyone
