The host was outstanding. Very quick to respond to every question and instructions were very informative. The property was beautiful and just as noted in the comments. Actually better! The space was so large and accommodated us better than expected. The beach is just a few blocks and an easy walk. The neighborhood is nice and easily accessed to all amenities. This property is definately one we will want to visit again.

What a great place to be able to stay during the holidays. Well apportioned, stocked and clean. Beach toys, bikes, everything you need except your food and personal items. Hope to be able to use again. Thank you.

2 min walk from beach, hour from Disney, 30 min from KSC. Perfect location for what we were looking to do. Fully stocked kitchen, which was a real bonus for us, as we enjoy eating in.

The townhome was very spacious and was decorated very nice. Large washer and dyer was a huge plus! Make sure you bring "house shoes" the floors are dirty. There wasn't anything to use to clean them. The toilets need some attention, they were not secure. The kitchen cabinets also need some TLC. The "grill" was an overgrown fire pit, the back deck that overlooks the "yard", was unusable, the neighbors had dogs that barked, A LOT when you went out, so we didn’t use that side of the house at all.
The overall location was nice, short walk to the beach, which was NOT crowded and was very clean! Easy access with keyless entry. Quiet neighborhood.
