About this apartment rental
Our quiet 1-bedroom condo is nestled in the mountains of Granby Ranch CO. For summer visitors it is a beautiful 20-25 minute drive to the West (Grand Lake) Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. For Winter visitors, it is a true ski in/ski out location as the Kicking Horse ski run is right off our patio. Take in the beauty of Colorado with nearby hiking trails, mountain biking, hot springs, golf courses, pool & hot tubs. For water sports, there are two beautiful lakes just a short 10-minute (Lake Granby) and 20-minute (Grand Lake) drive away. Then after a long day of adventure, come back and unwind at our peaceful mountain retreat.
Our condo is located in the Kicking Horse Lodges in Granby Ranch Colorado. It is a ground floor condo of a 3-floor building. We are in a quiet space (especially at night) away from the noise and lights of town. Our private patio is the perfect spot for star gazing and to view the amazing Colorado sunrises and sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing space to unwind after an active day of outdoor adventures, this is the place for you!
**Summer guests: Granby is at an elevation of 7900 feet. As is the norm with mountain living, our condo does NOT have air conditioning. We do provide fans for additional air circulation. Our low, night time temperatures June - August average in the 50's to low 60's so it does cool off nicely in the evenings, but please be aware, no air conditioning is normal for high elevation, mountain living.

This unit has always been my favorite at Granby Ranch. Simply put, perfection in the utmost when considering accommodations. Bittersweet, though, because I can not anxiously look forward to next ski season as this unit won't be available due to a sale. Alas .... it was still a wonderful experience that I was able to enjoy for many years! Thank you so much Kym!
