Ski-In/Ski-Out Granby Ranch Condo w/ Mountain View

The condo was very spacious and extremely clean.

We loved it all.

Very nice style, it has all that you might need in the kitchen. Balcony is nice and with a sunset view.

They really need to clean it properly. All was so dusty and didn’t feel clean that we even had doubts about the bed sheets freshness. Windows are so dirty that you cannot enjoy the view. Dust was on all surfaces, balcony sofa was very dirty, bath tub needs a deep clean. It looked like they did some cleaning after previous guests weeks ago, but no one came there to check and prepare the apartment for us. Host was cooperative though and sorry for the inconvenience, they refunded a portion of cleaning cost to us. We had a nice time there, but it was a bit of disappointment and regrets.

We loved the location, the hosts were great and accommodating. The house is super cute as well and is well maintained/cleaned. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes- etc. Even had small appliances like a waffle maker!

We did not realize this was a lofted townhouse. We had a baby with us and ultimately had to shut the evening down when the baby went to bed because every room is essentially open into the other. We likely wouldn't have stayed if that was clear. This would be an excellent place for no kids or just a small family as there is no privacy/place to be quiet.
