Host was welcoming and responsive to questions prior to arrival. The place was was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked.

About check out - even an hour would have helped. We had an infant with us and his parents were skiing - Grandma ended up taking care of a fussy baby for several hours. I know that cleaners need to get in for the next guest, but they could have done this unit last.
