Welcome to our accommodation in Madrid.
You will enjoy a cozy and modern quadruple room with two private bathrooms. Capacity for 4 people with an area of 20m2. It is a single space with two completely independent rooms inside, both with a private bathroom, you will have maximum privacy and comfort during your stay.

The accommodation is located in one of the quietest and most exclusive neighborhoods of the capital. A residential area full of services, shops, cafes and restaurants.
With a supermarket just a few meters away as well as shops and various services, including metro and bus stations.
Surrounded by several bus stations, you can easily travel from your accommodation to any part of the city in a few minutes.
The nearest Metro stations are: Islas Filipinas (line 7) or Canal (line 2).
In our property you will live in a space designed for the enjoyment and tranquility of each guest. You will have access to all common areas that you can use whenever you want during your stay (living room with television, dining room, kitchen, gym and laundry room).
Outside the room you will have the following spaces:
- Living room/shared: comfortable sofas, television, armchairs and a large space where you can work with laptops
Kitchen - dining room/shared.
* In this area you will also find a vending machine for snacks and soft drinks. You will find it next to the dining room.
- Laundry: washing machine and dryer (for a fee) located on floor -2. You will also have an iron and ironing board.
- Gym: It is a small area where you can work out to maintain your routine, in the comfort of the accommodation and without having to leave the building.
Once you have made your reservation and before your arrival, we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than registering your details for the established control that we must carry out.
Remember that we do not have a physical reception in the building, the entire registration process and communications are online.
