Casita Zorro and Casita Zorrillo are both one bedroom units, Casa Mapache is a three bedroom unit or rent the whole house as Finca Mapache! Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, this bright and cozy vacation home is close to historic downtown Santa Fe, where you can experience firsthand the amazing architecture of Santa Fe Plaza and the original Spanish Market Square, the 17th Century Palace of the Governors, the New Mexico Museum of Art, and the Loretto Chapel with its unusual spiral staircase winding up to the choir loft. From this convenient location you can visit nearby pueblos and immerse yourself in the rich Native American history and culture. And with an average of 320 sunny days each year, the area around Santa Fe is a hub for skiers, mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, river rafters, and so much more!

Our group of five occupied the 3-bedroom house as well as the two 1-bedroom fincas. All were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchens are well equipped, living areas are cozy and comfortable, and outdoor areas are clean and inviting. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is just a short drive to major sights as well as restaurants, grocers, and shopping. It's an ideal spot for a visit to Santa Fe.We were somewhat confused by the guest portal's statement that kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as toiletries and personal care appliances, would be available for only one day's stay. In fact, the casa and casitas were well equipped with supplies more than sufficient for our three-day stay. Larger groups or those staying longer may need to plan ahead, but we were very comfortable and needed nothing extra during our stay. My only real complaint is with host communication. I used the VRBO message system to ask a couple of minor questions about registration and parking. The only reply I received was a form letter indicating that my message had been received; the actual questions were never answered. Luckily, these were minor and did not affect our enjoyment of the property.

We rented all 3 units which was perfect for large group. Location was great to down town. Management company runs it which sometimes took longer for communication. Unit needs pack and play or crib.

Honestly, when we drove up in the shuttle from the airport and we saw the tall weeds all over the front of the property our first thought was “oh no, what have we done!” So the first impression we had was terrible. However, after seeing the interior and how well it was maintained and how the kitchen was well supplied with kitchen cooking/utensil needs our opinion changed. This includes the outdoor grills. We had ample space for our guests. Our first impression was so bad we texted our guests who were still en route from New York City and San Diego to not be turned off by the overgrown weeds. The only other problem was the pilot needed lit on the hot water heater in the main house.We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the property.
