Spend your vacation in this spacious Baltic Sea vacation home with a pool, which offers plenty of space and comfort with 96 m² of living space spread over two levels. This stylish semi-detached house is located in the popular Freesenbruch vacation park in Zingst—ideal for families or small groups of up to six people.
On the first floor, you’ll find an inviting living area with a cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. Up to six people can eat or play together at the large dining table. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher—ideal for a flexible stay.
Also on the first floor: a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a separate entryway with a coat rack. From the living room, you have direct access to the furnished terraces, which are perfect for sunbathing, dining, or relaxing.
Upstairs, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms—two of them with comfortable double beds (each mattress measures 90 x 200 cm), and the third with two single beds. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet ensures a relaxing and comfortable stay, even for multiple guests. Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge upon request.
A highlight is the vacation park’s pool, which you can use free of charge year-round—a real bonus for your Baltic Sea vacation home with a pool. The sauna can also be used for a fee by prior arrangement.

It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the center of Zingst. For electric car travelers, two modern charging stations with a total of four charging points have been available since 2024.
