About this house rental
In an idyllic location, right on the edge of the forest, our detached vacation home in the Freesenbruch Vacation Park awaits you and can accommodate up to 6 people. You’ll have exclusive use of the entire house and its grounds.
The vacation home not only offers plenty of space with 96 m² of living area but also features beautiful, functional furnishings.
Cozy and thoughtfully furnished, the house has two floors.
On the first floor, you’ll find a light-filled living/dining area with a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth on cool days. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want, including a toaster, egg cooker, bread slicer, coffee maker, Tassimo pod machine, electric kettle, microwave, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and dishwasher. The naturally lit bathroom features a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
You have direct access from the living area to the large south- and west-facing terraces, which invite you to relax and unwind. End your day here with a glass of wine or a barbecue using the dedicated stone grill.
On the second level, there are 3 bedrooms: the first and second bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm; children’s room). This level also features a light-filled bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
Thanks to the stair gate at the top of the stairs, even the youngest children are safe.
For excursions in and around Zingst, four bicycles are available free of charge in the attached garden shed. In addition, the vacation home has parking for two cars right next to the house.
The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest.
The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a carousel, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.
The newly opened “Waldhaus” restaurant, with seating for 35, serves delicious meals. Here you can enjoy Nordic-Bavarian cuisine.

BiIt’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.
Since 2024, there have been 2 charging stations, each with 2 charging ports (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
