Modern, super clean, and all the small extras (coffee, clothes washer soap, etc) made for a wonderful stay. Parking was great. Go with a compact or similar small car. And be prepared for neighbors to block the alley to the garage causing minor delays. Worth it for the great apartments and location to beach, restaurants, and even grocery.
